Pacific Gem™
Our strongest alpha and beta acid variety, with gentian, bitter citrus and earthy aromatic notes. While ideal for early bittering additions, it truly shines when added late in the brew, revealing a smooth flavour and delicate aroma with distinct notes of oak and blackberry.
