 Motueka™
(aroma and bitter)

Motueka™ is a brewers’ and beer drinkers’ favourite, carrying an exciting fruit aroma with refreshing notes of tropical fruit and citrus.


Alpha : 6.5-8.5%
Beta : 5-6%

New Zealand Cascade™
(aroma and bitter)

New Zealand Cascade™ is a great dual purpose hop and will give spicy citrus aroma with hints of grapefruit.

Alpha : 7-9.5%
Beta : 5-6%

Rakau™
(aroma and bitter)

Rakau™ will give stone fruit aroma with notes of grapefruit. Also presents good bittering qualities.


Alpha : 9.5-15%
Beta : 6-8%

Nelson Sauvin™
(aroma and bitter)

Nelson Sauvin™, maybe the most famous of New Zealand hop varieties, possess smooth bittering characteristics, rich, fruity, gooseberry and white-wine flavors which makes him so unique.


Alpha : 12-15%
Beta : 5-8%

Riwaka™ (aroma)

Considered to be one of the darling hops of the New Zealand craft beer scene, it will bring a whole tropical fruit salad to your brew, expect guava, mango and ripe pineapple.

Alpha : 4.5-6.5% Beta : 4-5%

Pacifica™
(aroma and bitter)

Pacifica™ will give a spicy and floral aroma. Citrus notes are also evident as of orange marmalade when used late in the boil.
Alpha : 5.5-7%
Beta : 6-7%

Wakatu™
(aroma and bitter)

Wakatu™ presents an interesting floral aroma atop pungent fresh lime. Considered largely dual-use, it can be added at any stage of the boil and dry hopped with success. It has also been noted for its impressive flavour stability.


Alpha : 7.5-9.5%
Beta : 8-9%
